As an integrative therapist, I utilize specific evidence based therapies from various models to apply for your unique goals. My approach is a flexible and collaborative partnership with clients to meet the unique needs of the individual.
My couples work is interactive and supportive, geared toward efficient problem-solving and the working through of presenting issues by offering concrete, usable interventions that can be utilized now and in the future.

What to Expect
The initial appointment is an opportunity for me to meet with both people in the couple. This is a time for me to learn about your unique relationship, history, concerns, goals and any interventions that may have been attempted. After this appointment I email each of you an assessment that would be completed individually online at home to determine specific strengths and growth areas in your relationship. The second appointment is scheduled for me to meet with each you individually to hear your unique perspective (this second appointment can be shared or scheduled separately). The third session is used to share feedback of the assessment and begin an organized and specific intervention plan to guide you to your relationship goals with interventions started right away.
